Step Five
The Rollover

Using the Travelift, the boat is raised up and pulled away from the mold. It is rolled over in a sling, put on boat stands and leveled.

Now it looks more like a boat!

After the boat is rolled over, the inside of the hull is sanded until smooth and coated with epoxy and a layer of 6 oz. glass cloth in the bilges assures a water tight barrier.
