Bill Garden 40' "Maggie Brown"

When it came time to think about selling a production power boat and get the yacht that truly filled the desire for comfort and speed on the water, it was the artistry of Bill Garden, Navel Architect and Schooner Creek Boat Works that created Maggie Brown.

Bill Garden of Sidney BC, Canada is by far one of the best-known designers of truly classic yachts. Bills designs instantly catch the eye of the true yachtsman and "Maggie Brown" will be no exception.

The addition of the bow thruster gives her all the maneuverability in tight quarters that could be had with twin engines at a fraction of the cost. This means she will get more miles of cruising enjoyment for the dollar than most any yacht around.

Her arrangement is simple with berths for 4, galley with refrigeration, stove with oven, head with shower, as well as a cockpit shower aft. The cabin is warmed during the early season with a Webasto heating system.

The pilothouse has great visibility and the overhangs aft give a large open area with protection from the rain or the intrusive rays of the sun.
