Sailing vessels are required to have their rigs removed before long term storage. The mast will be stored on the boat's deck. There will be an additional mast lay day charge of $10 per day if the mast is not stored on the deck.
Mast step or un-step (each way).........................75.00/hr $100 Minimum Mast lay day.......................................................$10.00/day For masts not stored on the deck of the vessel

Lay days.............................................................................................$1.50/ft/day
Minimum 2 days, after 14 days becomes $.50 per foot per day. Extended term space rental for large do-it-yourself projects will be quoted individually as space is available.

Air and Electricity...............................................................................$5.00/day
The electricity is shut off at night

Outside contractors charge.................................................................$10.00/hr
Proof of liability insurance is required. Outside contractors must check into the office for a
badge and check out at the end of the day. You will be charged 8 hours for any day the badge is not turned in and picked up.
