Orders placed for in-stock items during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM PST) are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail shipments typically arrive ~1 to 3 business days after processing. Express options are available upon request.

Arrival dates are not guaranteed as weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Estimated arrival dates don't apply to deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO and international addresses or items that are out of stock at the time of ordering.

We understand that you may purchase items that need to be exchanged or refunded. If your Schooner Creek Boat Works purchase does not meet your needs or expectations, you can bring the item to our location directly, or package your unused item in its original packaging with proof of purchase, and ship it to our Parts Dept. at the following address:

NOTE: We cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Any cut items (e.g., rigging wire, ropes, lines, chains, hose, core material, fiberglass)
• Any installed product (e.g., electronics, deck hardware)
• Items damaged from customer handling/use

Refund Methods
Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. Cash purchases can be refunded via a Schooner Creek Boat Works company check. If you have misplaced your receipt, please call our Parts Dept. at 503-735-0569 or email parts@schoonercreek.com, and we will attempt to verify your purchase.
